“I Knew Something Wasn’t Right”: When the Hearing Officer Wasn’t Real — A Dignity Unbroken File

 I didn’t imagine it.

My body knew. My spirit knew.
And now—so do you.

What started as an unemployment appeal turned into a spiritual investigation that exposed a level of deception, I never thought possible. From fake legal representatives to twisted use of public systems, what I experienced was never just personal. It was a systemic setup. This is one of the first entries in The Dignity Unbroken Files—a collection of truths the system tried to erase.

The Date, The Dog, The Download

October 7, 2022: I posted about being targeted. I didn’t know then that I was documenting evidence.

Fast forward to June 10, 2025. David Arquette is on the Steve Harvey Show discussing the Dignity Project. He mentions his dog: Dallas. My ears perk up. The name stirs something in my spirit. I Google the project—and the first article that pops up?

Texas driver’s license renewal changes.

Texas. Mail. Identity. Systemic targeting.
Spirit was confirming what I already knew.

The Hearing Officer Who Wasn’t There

In 2022, I finally got an appeal hearing with TWC after wrongful termination from Paragon Healthcare. The HR rep was Anne Davis. The hearing officer introduced himself as Dallas Hutton—a name so unusual I wrote it down.

Throughout the call, my stomach turned. It felt like déjà vu—like I was back in eviction court being played by Judge Margaret O’Brien. The tactics were the same: lean in with fake favor, then flip the script.

I later found out: Dallas Hutton hadn’t worked for TWC since 2004. Yet somehow, he had a working TWC number and sent me official packets.
How?
Why?
And how many other women has this happened to?

The Case They Couldn’t Erase: Methodist Hospital vs. Pamela Jackson

This isn’t the first time I stood up to injustice—and won.

Years before this ghost hearing with the Texas Workforce Commission, I was involved in a case against Methodist Hospital. And I won. The details are sacred and sealed, but the impact. Still echoing.

That case changed everything. It revealed the inner workings of an institution that wasn’t used to losing. And ever since then, I’ve been a target.

I lost jobs I was qualified for
I was followed, flagged, and silenced
I faced sudden evictions, wrongful accusations, and legal ambushes

It was never just about unemployment. It was retaliation for surviving a system that never expected to be exposed.

The Web of Deception

They sent fake lawyers pretending to help me.
They used family and friends to delay and distract.
They created illusions of due process while violating it behind the scenes.

This wasn’t a mistake.
This was strategy.
This was systemic.

Divine Confirmation + Digital Footprints

When I heard the name Dallas on national TV…
When the first article connected back to Texas ID systems…
When I traced Dallas Hutton on LinkedIn and saw his true employment history…

That’s not a coincidence. That’s a confirmation.
Spirit always leaves breadcrumbs.

Call It What It Is: Fraud, Collusion, and Abuse of Power

This wasn’t just about unemployment.
This was orchestrated gatekeeping designed to keep me broke, invisible, and voiceless.

But I am none of those things.

Closing Statement: My Dignity Is Unbroken

They tried to erase me.
They sent ghosts to silence me.
But I kept the receipts.

And now I’m keeping the records, because I know I’m not alone.

Call to Action

I’m a Cassie Too: When Abuse Looks Like Fame, Love, and Fear

I’m a Cassie Too: When Abuse Looks Like Fame, Love, and Fear There are some stories you don’t just watch—you feel. When the headlines broke about Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy , I didn’t need the full details to understand the truth. I didn’t need the video footage to validate what I already knew in my spirit. Because I’ve lived it. Because I’m a Cassie too. ✖️ The Abuse That Doesn’t Leave Bruises Not all abuse shows up in black and blue. Some of it looks like luxury. Like gifts with invisible strings. Like silence in exchange for safety. Like walking on marble floors with a mind full of landmines. Some of us were taught to: mistake control for protection mistake trauma bonds for real love confuse gaslighting for guidance And when we tried to speak up? We were labeled dramatic. Unstable. Disloyal. 🏛️ The System Protects Its Own What happened to Cassie isn’t just a “celebrity problem.” It’s a systemic problem. It’s a spiritual problem. It’s what happens when: power gets licensed money...

Zimmerman vs. Karmelo: What’s the Difference?

Zimmerman vs. Karmelo: What’s the Difference? Two cases. One pattern. A system that never stopped. By The Phoenix Coach™ The short answer? Race. Media bias. And who gets the luxury of being called a victim. In 2012, the world watched George Zimmerman pursue 17-year-old Trayvon Martin through a Florida neighborhood, against the advice of 911. Trayvon, carrying Skittles and iced tea, was doing nothing more than walking home. Minutes later, he was dead. Zimmerman claimed self-defense under Florida’s “ Stand Your Ground ” law. He said Trayvon attacked him. But Trayvon couldn’t speak for himself—because he was murdered. There were no close-range witnesses. No one who could challenge Zimmerman’s narrative. And so, he walked free. Fast forward to today. A similar tragedy is unfolding in Texas—only this time, the Black teen is alive . His name is Karmelo Anthony (not the celebrity athlete, but a young man whose story is being warped by the media and weaponized by conservative outlets for clic...

Shell Games: When the Government Plays Like the Mob

Shell Games: When the Government Plays Like the Mob How Public Systems Mirror Shell Companies to Profit Off Pain By Pamela Jackson | She Heals Silently™ | #TheSilentEvictionSeries They called it racketeering when Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly used a web of shell companies to silence victims, funnel money, and protect his empire. But what do you call it when the government does the same thing ? Because make no mistake— they do . And they’ve been doing it longer, better, and with far more devastating reach. 🏛️ Shell Companies 101 — And the Dirty Mirror A shell company is a business with no active operations. It exists to: - Hide ownership - Move money - Dodge taxes or responsibility - Operate in secrecy Sounds shady, right? Now look at this: Shell Company Tactic Government System Equivalent LLC with no employees Non-profit front group or subcontractor that receives federal funding Layers of ownership Third-party contractors running public housing, CPS, charter schools Money ...
